Affected Service: MxM Core Site Services Profiles, Notifications & Messaging Photos Video Library of MxM Help and Support System
  • Fixing
We have experienced a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) Attack on our main server this evening, knocking out our HTTPD service, the capability to serve webpages and websites from our server. Our FTP, Mail, Databases were not impacted by this outage, and are still operational, but our site is down until further notice as our System Administrators work to restore the HTTPD service on the server.

This message and updates to it will continue to be updated as the night progresses, and until our engineers get the server back online. We apologize for this inconvenience, and are working with our CDN partner to increase our DDoS mitigation and protection capabilities.

Please check back to this post for further updates.

We have fixed the issue and our HTTPD service is back online at this time. Our site has been placed back on CloudFlare until the root cause analysis is complete. This will limit any video uploads to 100mb maximum. We will notify once this has been resolved. For now, the site is secure and online.
